Born in Moscow, Russia and obtained her Master Degree in Organization Behavior from The American University of London, UK. She was widely brought up in the international cultures where she spent more than 15 years living in Asia, Europe and US, giving her the opportunity to recognize the specific Human Resources demand of various backgrounds of industry and culture.
She started her career in one of the largest and prestigious mining corporation in Indonesia, PT. Freeport Indonesia. During her assignment, she was given the full responsibility of the overall corporate recruitment activities for Jakarta office as well as the main plant in Papua, and has received many exposures in the technique of recruitment. Her last position was Deputy General Manager, in charge of both Human Resources Department and Corporate Communication Department. Her early experienced was working in financial services and consumer goods with last position as Deputy Manager HR corporate communication.
